Our banking partner will automatically route the payment via the intermediary bank that the receiving bank specifies. Banks are supported to keep the SWIFT network informed about their intermediary relationships and routing preferences. So, as long as your bank is keeping the SWIFT network informed, the payment should be routed through the right bank.
What if my bank instructed me to specify the intermediary banks?
If you'd like to specify intermediary bank information, we're more than willing to help by manually adding this information from our end.
Please request wiring instructions with the intermediary bank details from your bank. Most banks will have them as PDFs. You can share a screenshot/PDF document and we'll take care of the rest!
ℹ️ Important Information: Intermediary bank can only be added for International transfer (SWIFT).
