If you have a scheduled payment but need to switch to a different bank account, you can now easily change it from your end. Ensure that you have your new preferred bank account details ready in your Plane profile. For guidance on adding a new bank account, please refer to this article.
Please note that this option is only available as long as the payment status remains 'Pending'.
To change bank account:
Log into your account and go to the Payments tab.
Find the pending payment you want to update and click on it.
On the payment details page, click the 'Change Account' option on the right side of the page.
Choose the new bank account from the list of available accounts.
Click 'Save' to confirm the changes.
Once you complete these steps, you'll see that the bank account has been successfully updated in the Payments tab. Your payment will proceed as scheduled, now with the new bank account information.
In case your payment just recently changed from ‘Pending’ status to ‘Processing’, there might still be a chance to switch the bank account from our side. To check this, please get in touch with our support team through email at email@example.com or use the in-app chat option at work.plane.com.
