Log into your account and go to Payments.
This is where you can find information about your upcoming payment: who is it from, what’s the amount and currency, to which bank account the payment will be sent, and when you can expect to receive it.
Stages of the payment
Pending — it means that the payment was scheduled to you by the customer but we haven't started processing it yet.
Processing — it means the payment was submitted to our banking partner and is on the way to your bank account. It should take up to 2 business days for the payment to reach your account. Please note that the payment will be processed and sent to your bank based on the selected pay date.
Paid — the payment left our account and is on the way to you. It should have reached your account already. The delivery date is estimated based on prior payment history, though, so we can't guarantee 100% that funds are available yet.
