When can I expect to get my next payment?

What does scheduled, processing and completed mean in relation to payment status?

When your organization schedules a payment for you, it goes through several stages before it gets to your account.

To view your scheduled payments, log into your account and click on the Payments tab.

This is where you will find information about your upcoming payment, including who it is from, the amount and currency, the bank account the payment will be sent, and when you can expect to receive it.

Stages of your payment

  • Pending โ€” this means that the payment was scheduled for you by your organization but we haven't started processing it yet.

  • Processing โ€” this means the payment was submitted to our banking partner and is on the way to your bank account. It should take up to 2 business days for the payment to reach your account. Please note that the payment will be processed and sent to your bank based on the selected pay date.

  • Paid โ€” the payment left our account and is on the way to you. It should have reached your account already. The delivery date is estimated based on prior payment history, though, so we can't guarantee 100% that funds are available yet.
