What should I do if my payment appears as "Canceled"?

The status of my payment shows "Canceled" and I don't know why.

Your payment status will appear as "Canceled" if your employer decides not to move forward with it. There could be various factors that contribute to this:

  • Your employer scheduled the payment by mistake.

  • It was a duplicate payment.

  • The amount or other details need to be updated first.

If your payment is canceled, please contact your admin or manager for more information.
