How do I switch between my contractor or employee and admin/manager profiles?

If you have the same login details for multiple profiles:

  1. Click on the company name on the lower-left corner (if you're a contractor or an employee) or on the upper-left corner (if you're an administrator or manager) of your account.

  2. Click the profile you'd like to switch to from the list that appears.

What should I do if my bank account is disconnected?

If a bank account is disconnected, this is often because there has been an update on the customer's side to their bank account, such as a change to their password or to their contact details. Please see this article for more information on how to reconnect your bank account.

How long does it take to add or withdraw funds from the Balance?
