Do you use Plane for more than one company, or have multiple Plane accounts for your company’s legal entities? You can have multiple profiles on Plane using a single login, so you can easily switch between different company accounts. This feature is available for administrators and managers, such as accountants, that work for multiple companies or companies with multiple entities, as well as for contractors and employees that work for more than one company.

Administrators and managers:

For administrators that would like to create a new company account for use with multiple profiles, please contact Plane at support@plane.com for assistance.

When administrators and managers with existing accounts are added to a company, they will automatically be able to use their existing account login details to access that new company’s profile. To switch between companies, they will click the company name on the upper left corner of their account and select the name of the company profile that they would like to switch to.

If they also use Plane as a contractor or employee, they will also be able to switch to those profiles by clicking the company name in the upper-left corner of their account and choosing the profile that they would like to change to.
