Do you use Plane for more than one company, or have multiple Plane accounts for your company's legal entities? You can have multiple profiles on Plane using a single login, so you can easily switch between different company accounts. This feature is available for administrators and managers, such as accountants, who work for multiple companies or companies with multiple entities, as well as for contractors and employees who work for more than one company.
Administrators and managers:
To switch between company profiles:
Click the arrow beside your company name in the upper-left corner of your account.
Click Switch workspace.
Select the profile you'd like to switch to from the list.
đĄ The same Switch workspace panel also has a Create a workspace option, letting you set up a brand-new workspace profile without leaving the menu. This option is only visible to admins and account owners â contractors, vendors, and employees won't see it.
If you also use Plane as a contractor or employee, the same steps switch you to those profiles too.
