If one of your payments to Plane has failed, our team will send you a notification email. This failure can happen because you have an ACH filter set up on your bank account, and you may need to whitelist our ACH IDs with your bank.
💡 Tip: An ACH filter gives you the ability to allow certain ACH debits (and/or credits) for your account.
The ACH IDs that need to be whitelisted are:
945440567_
1800948598
4270465600
The _ in the first ID is a space, and it needs to be entered in as well (it can’t be omitted).
