When can I expect to get my next payment?

Payments are scheduled on a monthly (last working day of the month) or bi-monthly basis (Every 15th and Last day of the month), based on your location. You may reach out to Support to confirm which schedule you're on.

What currency will I be paid in?

You will be paid in the currency of the country you are located in. e.g. An employee located in Brazil will be paid in BRL.

How do I request an employment verification letter?

You may use your paystub if the information provided on it is acceptable, if not, please reach out to Support for assistance.
