When can I expect to get my next payment?

Payments are scheduled on a monthly (last working day of the month) or bi-monthly basis (Every 15th and Last day of the month), based on your location. You may reach out to Support to confirm which schedule you're on.

What currency will I be paid in?

You will be paid in the currency of the country you are located in. e.g. An employee located in Brazil will be paid in BRL.

How do I request an employment verification/job letter?

You may use your paystub; however, if the information provided on it is acceptable, please reach out to Support with this request.

Where can I find details about my health benefits?

Please reach out to Support for details of your health benefits.

How do I change my address?

Please reach out to Support with your new address and proof of address.

Proof of address include:

  • Rental/lease agreement

  • Mortgage statement

  • Bank statement

  • Utility bill

  • Any official document with the new address
