How do I edit my bank account details?

You can edit your bank accounts from your profile.

  1. Under the Payments section, go to Bank accounts tab.

  2. Click "Unlock" and confirm your account password.

  3. Click on the bank account you’d like to edit.

  4. Click the three dots on the right side and click "Edit".

  5. The details that you will be able to edit are Account type, Account holder name, and Account holder address.

ℹ️ Important Information: If you wish to change major details such as the bank account number, routing number, etc., you will need to add a new payment method with the new details. Check out this article for more information.

How do I add an Intermediary Bank/Correspondence Bank information?

Our banking partner will automatically route the payment via the intermediary bank that the receiving bank specifies. Banks are supported to keep the SWIFT network informed about their intermediary relationships and preferences for routing. So as long as your bank is keeping the SWIFT network informed, the payment should be routed through the right bank.

However, if you'd like to specify intermediary bank information, we're more than willing to help by manually adding this information from our end.

Please request wiring instructions with the intermediary bank details from your bank. Most banks will have them as PDFs. You can share a screenshot/PDF document and we'll take care of the rest!

ℹ️ Important Information: Intermediary or correspondence bank can only be added for International transfer (SWIFT).

Can I add multiple bank accounts?

Yes! You can add as many bank accounts as you like in different currencies. Check out this article for the list of the currencies we support.

💡 Please note: Be sure to add the correct currency your bank account is able to support.

  1. Under the Payments section, go to Bank accounts tab.

  2. Click "Unlock" and confirm your account password.

  3. Click "Add another payment method" and enter the bank details.

  4. Once you’ve entered the required information, the new bank account will be added to your payment methods list.

If you would like Plane to send payments to your new bank account, you’ll need to make it the Default account. Check out this article for more information.
