When you schedule a one-time payment, the turnaround time is 4 business days, but this can be reduced to 2 business days if you add the funds to your Plane Balance. Please note that you need to have the full amount in your Balance to cover the entire payment(s) to take advantage of this faster processing time.
š” You can also add funds via wire. Wires are an alternate way to fund your Balanceāuseful when your bank prefers/widely supports wires or when you need to transfer a larger amount.
To add funds to your Plane Balance:
Go to the Payments > Balance tab.
Click the + Add money button on the right side of the page.
Choose how you'd like to add funds:
a. Direct debit ā pulls funds from your linked bank account. Selected by default; most hands-off option.
b. Wire transfer ā you send a wire to the account details Plane provides. Useful if your bank prefers wires or you're sending a larger amount. See How to fund your Plane Balance by wire for the full steps.If you selected Direct debit: choose the bank account to pull funds from, enter the amount you'd like to add, and select the payment authorization checkbox.
Click Add money to confirm.
To withdraw the funds:
Go to the Payments > Balance tab.
Click the - Withdraw button on the right side of the page.
Enter the amount that you'd like to withdraw and choose the destination bank account.
Click Withdraw money to confirm.
The processing time for both adding and withdrawing funds from the Balance is 2 to 4 business days.
