When you schedule a one-time payment, the turnaround time is 4 business days, but this can be reduced to 2 business days if you add the funds to your Plane Balance. Please note that you need to have the full amount to cover the entire payments in your balance to be able to take advantage of this faster processing.
To add funds to your Plane balance:
Under the Payments menu, go to the Balance tab, click the "Add money" button.
Enter the amount that you'd like to add.
Select the payment authorization checkbox.
💡 Please note: In this modal, you will also see the expected date when the money will arrive in your balance.
Click "Add money" to confirm.
To withdraw the funds:
Under the Payments menu, go to the Balance tab, click the "Withdraw" button.
Enter the amount that you'd like to withdraw.
💡 Please note: In this modal, you will also see the expected date when the money will be returned to your bank account.
Click "Withdraw money" to confirm.
The processing time for both adding and withdrawing funds from the balance is 2 to 4 business days.
