How do I set up my account on Plane?

What information should I put in business details?

Did you just receive an email to join Plane and don't know how to get started? Watch this video or continue reading!

After clicking on the invitation link you'll be redirected to the Sign Up page. Here you can enter your email address and choose a password, repeat the password, and hit Continue.

In the next screens, you will have to fill in the following information:

  1. Basic Information
    Insert your first and last name, your date of birth, and your residential address. Click Save and Continue.

  2. Business Details
    The information you'll need for this section depends if you are registering as an Individual or Entity (acting as a legal entity). If you are an Individual, you can leave the information as is. If you choose Entity, you will need to fill in your business name as registered, in case your business address is different from your residential address, you can uncheck the 'same as residential address' option and update it.

    A VAT number is a government-issued identifier that only applies to companies that assess or reclaim VAT. We don't require the VAT information, so you can also skip it.

    Click Save and Continue.

  3. Bank Accounts
    Adding your payment details is essential in setting up your Plane account. Here you can find more information on how to add your bank details.

After you finish filling in all the required information, click Save and Continue, review the information and click on Confirm and Sign up. You can always edit any of the required information later on.
