Send us a message at support@plane.com. It’s best to write from the email address linked to your Plane account.
💬 In-app chat
Perfect for quick questions when you’re signed in to Plane. Click the Help button in the top right of your dashboard or the purple chat bubble at the bottom right corner, then choose “Ask a question.”
If you're logged into your account, your past conversation history will be stored in the chat widget. So if you’re chatting and need to step away, you can close the chat window at any time and return later to pick up where you left off.
🔔 Slack
If you already have a shared Slack channel with us, just mention @Plane in your message or add the 🎫 emoji as a reaction to your message. Our Support Team will jump in and assist.
Coverage hours
Plane Support is available 24/5 from Monday through Friday. Messages sent outside these hours will be picked up first thing on the next business day.
Most messages receive a first reply within a few minutes, and most issues are fully resolved in under 48 hours.
ℹ️ Important Information: Depending on the type of request, we may need to check with our Operations or Product teams, which could take a bit longer. Don't worry, we’ll follow up and keep you updated every step of the way!
Tips for a quicker resolution
There's no required template, but adding a little context helps us help you. When sending your message, feel free to include:
Detailed description of the issue or problem
Any error message or screenshot (redact sensitive data)
The name of the contractor or employee affected
Links to payments, charges, or other relevant sections of the platform
